Alicia Moreno has been the owner / co-owner of 2 metal finishing companies. As one of the few women in the electroplating industry (chrome plating decorative, powder coating, and anodizing), she has more than 20 years of experience. She now owns Chrome Plating USA for 14 years and recently purchase A & D Plating in Escondido. Alicia was featured in-vehicle magazines under “Tech Talk”. She is an active member of SFEA and AWMI. She comments on www.Finishing.com (http://www.finishing.com/). She still believes in “Made in America” and in the “American Labor Force” to bring services of the highest quality to manufacturers and fabricators. Her motto, “My companies have always been progressive through education, supporting all environmental causes by means of action and implementation of simple habits and personnel training”.
