Chelsey Gray is the owner of Chelsey Gray Consulting, offering comprehensive business development services. A Wyoming native, she's a multi-talented individual with a background in athletics, military service, and business. Committed to serving her community, Chelsey is dedicated to protecting and empowering others, particularly survivors of exploitation. She's driven by a mission to bring awareness to social issues and provide resources for healing. In her career journey, she transitioned from military service to sales and marketing, ultimately founding her consulting firm. Chelsey's future goals include expanding her philanthropic efforts globally. Michele is the visionary founder and president of ElectroFab Sales, an esteemed sales agency specializing in guiding manufacturers toward optimal processes for their products since 1985. Beyond her leadership role at ElectroFab, Michele actively contributes to the advancement of the manufacturing industry. She serves as a director on the board of the San Diego Inventors Forum, provides advisory support to the American R & D Institute, and offers her expertise to the San Diego chapter of SME. Michele's commitment to driving change in American manufacturing is further evidenced by her authorship of "Rebuild Manufacturing – the Key to American Prosperity," a compelling sequel to her previous works. As a prolific writer, she shares her insights through blog articles for The Made in America Movement.
