With over two decades of experience in the mortgage sector, Ben brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in organizing and leading volunteer charity initiatives throughout the San Diego Metro area, demonstrating a strong commitment to giving back to the community. RICKY VALENZUELA – Membership Director

In my life's journey, I've come to understand the profound impact of networking—it's not just beneficial; it's essential. Alicia Moreno – Board of Director

Alicia Moreno has been the owner / co-owner of 2 metal finishing companies. As one of the few women in the electroplating industry (chrome plating decorative, powder coating, and anodizing), she has more than 20 years of experience. She now owns Chrome Plating USA for 14 years and recently purchase A & D Plating in Escondido. Alicia was featured in-vehicle magazines under “Tech Talk”. She is an active member of SFEA and AWMI. She still believes in “Made in America” and in the “American Labor Force” to bring services of the highest quality to manufacturers and fabricators. MICHELE NASH-HOFF

Michele is the visionary founder and president of ElectroFab Sales, an esteemed sales agency specializing in guiding manufacturers toward optimal processes for their products since 1985. Beyond her leadership role at ElectroFab, Michele actively contributes to the advancement of the manufacturing industry. She serves as a director on the board of the San Diego Inventors Forum, provides advisory support to the American R & D Institute, and offers her expertise to the San Diego chapter of SME. Michele's commitment to driving change in American manufacturing is further evidenced by her authorship of "Rebuild Manufacturing – the Key to American Prosperity," a compelling sequel to her previous works. As a prolific writer, she shares her insights through blog articles for The Made in America Movement. Michele's academic achievements include a B.A. from San Diego State University, completion of San Diego's prestigious leadership program (LEAD San Diego) in 1994, and certifications in Total Quality Management (1993) and Lean Six Sigma (2014).
