Alicia Moreno has been the owner / co-owner of 2 metal finishing companies. As one of the few women in the electroplating industry (chrome plating decorative, powder coating, and anodizing), she has more than 20 years of experience. She now owns Chrome Plating USA for 14 years and recently purchase A & D Plating in Escondido. Alicia was featured in-vehicle magazines under “Tech Talk”. She is an active member of SFEA and AWMI. She still believes in “Made in America” and in the “American Labor Force” to bring services of the highest quality to manufacturers and fabricators. As a prolific writer, she shares her insights through blog articles for The Made in America Movement. Michele's academic achievements include a B.A. from San Diego State University, completion of San Diego's prestigious leadership program (LEAD San Diego) in 1994, and certifications in Total Quality Management (1993) and Lean Six Sigma (2014).
